Ingredients
2oz | Breckenridge Spiced Whiskey |
1-1/2oz | Cream of Coconut |
1-1/2oz | Almond Milk |
1oz | Pear Juice |
1oz | Orgeat* |
1/4 teaspoon | Turmeric |
Recipe
- Shake 6 ingredients with ice.
- Serve over crushed or pebble ice.
- Garnish: cinnamon stick
*ORGEAT: 1 layer of 3 1/2 cups almonds on ½ sheet tray. Roast for approx. 8 min 425 deg. Keep checking so they don’t burn. Let cool. Medium grind in a spice grinder. Add 5 1/2 cups water, 6 cups white sugar and add almonds. Let sit 2hrs and strain. You can find orgeat and orange liqueur in your local grocery stores too.
