We are 100% ALL NATURAL, 100% made with the apples from Pays d’Auge.
No added yeast or sugar.
This VSOP is made through the fine art of blending eaux-de-vie’s between 4 and 10 years of age.
The marriage of these exceptional Eaux-de-vie’s takes place in small French oak barrels.
Boulard VSOP was honored Calvados of the year at the 2020 New-York International Spirit Competition.

Boulard Mint Julep
Ingredients
8 | Mint Leaves |
3 oz. | Boulard VSOP |
1/4 oz. | Sugar Syrup |
1-3 drops | Angostura Bitters; optional |
1 | Mint Sprig, garnish |
Recipe
- In a long glass, lightly muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup.
- Add the Boulard VSOP and pack glass tightly with crushed ice.
- Stir until the cup is frosted on the outside.
- Top with more crushed ice to form an ice dome, and garnish with a mint sprig and a few drops of bitters. (optional)
