Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey

Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey is a 93-proof whiskey distilled, aged and bottled entirely by Uncle Nearest. Each batch is curated by 5th generation Nearest Green descendant and our Master Blender, Victoria Eady Butler, who has been named Master Blender of the Year four times over.

1884 Small Batch presents with a lively nose of honey, warm brown sugar, cedar, orange peel, tobacco flower, ground ginger and white pepper. On the palate, it warms, showing caramel balanced with spicy wood tannins, with notes of baking chocolate, cigar leaf, nougat and cinnamon. The finish is long and smooth. The cinnamon lingers with dark chocolate, oak tannins and maple syrup. A fantastic sipper, yet versatile enough for all your favorite cocktails.

Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey is the fastest-growing American whiskey brand in U.S. history. The brand, honoring the first known African American master distiller, launched in 2017 and swiftly rolled out throughout the U.S. and abroad.

Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey has garnered more than 620 awards and accolades throughout the world since the brand’s July 2017 debut, including the coveted Double Gold award at the 2020, 2021 and 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Uncle Nearest has earned 71 Best in Class honors, including Spirit Brand of the Year from Wine Enthusiast, two Chairman’s Trophies from Ultimate Spirits Challenge, Whisky of the Year from USA Spirits Ratings, the Master Medal from American Whiskey Masters, and back-to-back honors of “World’s Best” from the World Whiskies Awards.

      Majesty Bourbon

A product of the fabulous state of Georgia, Majesty Bourbon is solidly entrenched as a premium bourbon choice of the Peach State. An absolute showcase of flavor without the bite, Majesty’s 80-proof offering has a medium sweet nose with light vanilla and caramel notes, finishing with just a hint of wood and spice. The experience is mellow, but not tranquil while providing the finish most bourbon drinkers prefer. Exceptionalism is the goal of the Majesty Bourbon team, and with this offering, they have achieved it.

      River Basin Rye

River Basin Rye is a distinctive blend of 95% rye mash aged in new American white oak barrels to produce a rich whiskey that embodies the fiery spirit of the French Quarter with a Big Easy finish of vanilla, cinnamon, caramel and clove.

Honoring our heritage also means protecting it. That is why River Basin Distillery has partnered with the non-profit Coalition to Restore Costal Louisiana. A portion of all proceeds will be donated to preserving the Louisiana wetlands.

      Saint Liberty Mary's Four Grain

Saint Liberty Whiskey continues its celebration and honoring the untold stories of pioneering, Prohibition-era bootleggers, with our third bootlegger in the series, Mary Curley. Mary was the bootlegger to catch in Marble, Colorado. We honor her with a rare and wonderful Four Grain Straight Bourbon out Central Texas and then it is perfected upstream from the town of Marble at the Marble Distilling Co. with the same pure Rocky Mountain water from the Crystal River that Mary would have used.

      Brough Brothers

We are proud to introduce Brough Brothers Bourbon! Brough Brothers Distillery is Kentucky's first African-American owned distillery. Kentucky -born co-founders and brothers Victor, Bryson, and Christian Yarbrough started from humble beginnings in Louisville West end, where they learned early about hard work and dedication. They took those lessons, traveled the globe, and brought their newfound knowledge of the spirits industry back to Kentucky, where the vision for Brough Brothers was established. Through Brough Brothers, the Yarbrough plan to make a positive and lasting impact through job creation and economic development within their local and global communities.

We designed our bottle to present our culture to the world throughout art. Each drawing represents a piece of Kentucky's vibrant culture: Bourbon, Basketball, Boxing, and Horse Racing. The bottle's sleek design gives it a modern feel and makes our brand easier to identify.
