Ingredients

2 oz. Corralejo Reposado
1 ½ oz. Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. Lime Juice
2 Dashes Hot Sauce (Tabasco, Cholula, or Tapatio)
2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters
½ oz. Pineapple Juice
½ oz. Guava Juice
Top with Grapefruit Soda or
Grapefruit Beer

Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker except for the grapefruit soda or beer.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Rim a highball glass with pink & white salt.
  4. Strain cocktail into the prepared highball glass filled with rocks ice.
  5. Top with grapefruit soda or beer.
  6. Garnish with a lime wheel, a grapefruit slice, and a slice of jalepeño pepper.
