Sustainably produced in artisanal fashion, only the hearts of the Agave plants are used to create the purist mezcal possible. The pineapples are harvested, then cooked and smoked with dried Oak and Beech wood in volcanic stone ovens for days. The pineapples are then ground and fermented in Oak wood vats. The mezcal is then distilled and refined in soft copper kettles resulting in the finest Dohba® Mezcal. Each hand-blown glass bottle is unique, individually produced by artisans of Oaxaca, then hand-selected and sealed with natural wax.
