Aperol Aperol Spritz

Aperol was created by the Barbieri brothers and launched in 1919 at the Padua International Fair, soon becoming one of the Italians’ favorite liqueur, and unchanged to this day. It’s taken the world by storm thanks to its signature cocktail, the Aperol Spritz. Made with Aperol, Prosecco and soda water, pair with light bites to recreate the Italian aperitivo moment at home.
