¼ oz. Dry Vermouth
2 tsp. Roasted coconut chips
2 ½ oz. Ginger Ale
1 Lime wedge

Recipe

  1. Add Callisto, dry vermouth, and roasted coconut chips to a Collins glass.
  2. Stir lightly and let sit for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add ice, ginger ale and the juice of one lime wedge (discard the lime wedge).
  4. Stir once.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!
