½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz. Orgeat Syrup
1 Pineapple Wedge (Garnish)

Recipe

  1. Shake all ingredients except gin with ice.
  2. Strain into a collins glass with crushed ice, layer gin on top.
  3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
